Welome to the first ever Daily Corgi Happy Howlidays Rafflepalooza! Come on out and help me put the fun in FUNdraising!
This year’s Daily Corgi holiday fundraiser is a new approach for me. In a season of giving, I want to do some giving back, to the people who support The Daily Corgi and the dogs who inspire me.
I am a big fan of CorgiAid, for the work they do in assisting rescued and needy Corgis. They are tireless and awesome!
National Mill Dog Rescue saves dogs from large scale breeding operations (“puppy mills”), rehabs them and gives them happy endings with loving families in real homes. Until the day the big puppy mills end, there will be need for NMDR’s life-saving work on behalf of the dogs who deserve a second chance.
Have a look at all the prize packages, and if any of them tempt you, there is info on how to purchase raffle tickets at the bottom of this post. PayPal, checks and money orders are all welcome.
Thank you for your generosity and friendship. Together, we can make great things happen!
Except where noted, all items in the raffle come from my non-smoking home (there is a cat here) and are in new or like-new condition. If you see something you like, ticket purchase information is provided the end of this post.

Prize Package #19: I Heart Barbie
Barbie Jetting Beauty Makeup Case, 2009. Makeup and hair accessories never touched or removed from case. Note: the case still has tag attached, but there are some little pockmarks scattered across it. Hinges and clasp lock work fine. There are a few light scratches on the front of the case, and more scratches along the bottom edge of the back side of the case. Because of these, this item couldn’t pass for new, but overall it is in very good condition and retains much of the original semi-glossy finish.
Valentine Wishes Barbie, 2009. This doll is MINT and still includes the barrette for girls that came with the doll. In reality, the dress is much more red, as it’s a Valentine’s dress. Despite the picture, the Barbie doll is not in the original box (blame the cat for that). It will be wrapped carefully for shipping.
Prize Package #20: Vegetarian’s Delight
Deluxe samples of cruelty-free personal care products:
Pacifica Vegan Nail Polish in Red Wine (full size)
Nature’s Organics Moisturizing Cleansing Cream
Harvey Prince Forever Fragrance (spray vial sample)
Brighten Mask for Normal and Mature Skin
Yarok Feed Your Ends Leave-In Spray Conditioner
Root Science Skin Mask
Paperback teany book, by Moby and Kelly Tisdale. Vegan and vegetarian recipes and assorted health tips, delivered with droll humor. (See amazon listing here). This book is in good condition, with the exception of the back cover, where the upper corner was folder over for a time. The crease mark stayed. Also, it is remaindered, so there’s a small black mark across the bottom of the book. The most wear I can see is shelf wear on the cover and edges; inside pages are all clean and unmarked, and binding is tight.
