That’s the only word for it. Incredible.
Last week, when the blog published for the first time in over two months, the response was incredible! I was surprised, gratified, had my socks knocked off.
THANK YOU. To every one of you. It is good to be back! Even if it’s only once a week, it is good.
You make it great.
So many messages, well wishes, comments … wow. I’m still feeling the love.
I asked for photos of you celebrating life with your low riders, and you sent them. Oh boy, did you! Today, I give you an album of those photos. The first of many to come. Because I have a hunch this might be a popular theme.
I like it, anyway. In fact, I love it.
Would you like your photos to be considered for publication on the blog? Send them to me at email@example.com, and include the names of the people and pooches in the pic(s).
Already sent yours but don’t see it here? Sit tight. I gets lots of submissions. And it’s still just me running the show. Control issues? Who — moi?
Know this: You and your Corgis and your love of life with them make this blog POSSIBLE. Thank you for sharing all of it with me. These are great gifts.
By the way, I heard loud and clear that many of your lives have been touched and tested, like mine, by depression. Your collective endurance and will to overcome is impressive and hope-giving, my friends. I am not alone in this battle, nor will I ever be.
We are bigger than despair.
We CORGI ON, my friends.
Yours with grateful affection,
p.s. If you are making holiday purchases via amazon.com, please consider starting your search from this blog. There are amazon ad banners on the page. (You may need to be on a PC or tablet to see them). Anything you search for and by after going to amazon.com from my blog generates a small commission for me and my blog work. I need your help to keep The Daily Corgi going.
p.p.s. I adore getting Christmas cards. If you’d like my address to send me
pictures of your Corgis a card, drop an e-mail with “address” in the subject line. (I like chocolate too. Ha!)
So many thanks to give, so little time … join me, won’t you?
Some folks like turkey, others like to make HAM for the CAM.
Yes, THAT Toby and Tucker! Remember?
