Six year-old Lily (left) came to live with her people from another family, where her food aggression did not mix well with the kids in the house. She was “quite fat” when she arrived, but she is learning how to behave and is slimming down. Her favorite food is rotisserie chicken ;-).
Lily’s habits include “staring at you while you’re eating”, hoarding rawhides under her bed, chasing cats, and barking when she hears certain doorbells on TV. She growl talks and purrs if anybody tries hugging her, and her loving family continues to learn about her quirky personality.
Three year-old Rocky (right) came to live with his family when his first Mom passed away. Rocky was a bit sad when he first arrived, but he quickly adapted. He has unlimited energy and loves to run and fetch. Rocky is deathly afraid of white bags, the bathtub, and doesn’t like it when anybody tries to blow on him. He loves all foods except dog food, and refuses his kibble unless there’s at least a dab of people food in it!
Rocky loves to play tug of war; he growls like crazy and acts “vicious” but his tail is going the whole time.
