This is Wrangler. He’s a badass Pembroke whose mentality is “it’s all about me … and what you’re eating”.
Rachel B. recieved Wrangler as a gift from the tooth fairy at a horse show in Abeline, Texas when she was in fifth grade.
“He is the alpha in our house and he rules with an iron (yet incredibly adorable) paw. Wrangler loves to snuggle with the cats, hide in cardboard boxes, take road trips, go on mountaineering adventures, nap, snozzle and fur everything.”
“He keeps himself active chasing, wrestling, and herding us like sheep. Wrangler can herd various animals like nobody’s business! My brothers and I taught Wrangler and our other dogs Abby, Sally and Izzie to chase cats and squirrels on two different commands. He’s especially fond of squirrel chasing.”
“Wrangler is my bestest buddy and I love to snuggle him at night. Whenever I’m reading, he likes to sit or lay with me and it almost seems as if he’s reading along. He likes baths, but only if I use my strawberry shampoo and conditioner.”
“Wrangler’s favorite toys are my teddy bear, random sticks, tennis balls, and whatever the other dog has at the moment. He isn’t exactly the most tallented acrobat in the circus, but he is house trained, a good fetcher and knows sit and lay down.”
“We recently had a new (non-Corgi) addition to the family, and the attention-seeking contests are quite amusing. Wrangler’s waddling around like the king of the world, making his strange growly sounds.”
“All in all, Wrangler is a BIG part of our big family and we love him lots (even when he’s barking at 1:00 a.m. or covered in horse poo).”
Go Wrangler go!
