Catching Up with CorgiPals

Good morning Corgi Nation, and welcome to my weekly guest spot on The Daily Corgi! I am your host Paige K. Davis, founder of CorgiPals. As you know, every week I do a guest post to keep you up to snuff with the goings-on in the CorgiPals world.

First, I’d like to introduce our newest client of The Baxter Valentine Fund. Willy is a handsome Pembroke boy who turns 4 years old this week. Corgi Mom Lisa is worried this may be the last birthday she gets to celebrate with sweet Willy. A few weeks ago she found lumps on his neck… and the diagnosis confirmed her worst fears: lymphoma. Willy will be undergoing an expensive CHOP protocol to slow the lymphoma’s progress, but he and his Mama need some help with the bill. You can read his full story HERE.

Next, I’d like to remind you of our Food Bag Awareness Fundraiser. The post I made on our Facebook page
to announce the fundraiser had nearly 41,000 views and shares! So far
we have raised $1,440 in memory of Pi and Chibi, and everyone is
encouraged to share this fundraiser with friends and family to raise
awareness. It’s a pretty astounding statistic and I’m proud to be a
part of this movement. You all should be proud, too! You’re making a
difference!
