Oodie and Addie

Howdy, my name is Oodie and I’m two years old. I live in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a photo from my early pupper days.

I don’t understand why people like to put puppies in pots for pictures, but then again humans can be kind of hard to predict. Which is why it’s up to us (dogs) to train them properly.

You know how it is.

I’m a big dog now and I have a partner in crime named Addie. That’s her with the cheesy grin. This kind of smile really helps speed up the human housebreaking.

She and I are pretty close, and of course this includes regular play fighting.

We ARE Corgis, after all.

Can you see the family resemblance? Really, it’s in the eyes. Which are very sharp and don’t miss a trick, ever.

I have a super-powered ability to destroy any toy my people lay down for me, within five minutes. It’s a special talent. I’m proud of it.

Addie is a champion squirrel-chaser-while-sleeping. She’s medaled in the event.

Benji, Rin Tin Tin, Lassie and even you, Hugh Jackman, eat your hearts out!

Addie celebrated her birthday in style with a custom made party hat. I’d prefer one with paw prints on it … Dad, are you listening?

In this shot I’ve got the “dreaming of stinky cheese” look on my face. Y-U-M.

Addie thinks she’s a tiny lapdog. I try to explain to her that those days are long gone, but she just scratches her head and says “Gimme a break, kid”.
