Helloooo, Corgi People!

I’m Izzy (short for Izzabella, which is short for Pumpkins). My family used something called a credit card to spring me from the store three years ago. Credit card … passport … magic beans … it’s all the same.

Any way you slice it, they got to take ME home!

Don’t be fooled, I can spell ‘W-A-L-K’ too.

Home is Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. It’s beautiful up here, and not just because I do my part to keep the place Corgi-fied. Sparrow the Cardi is my BFF; we love hanging out and going to one another’s houses for sleepovers.

Mom Marci B. says she’d love to make a video of us sometime with the Queen song “You’re my Best Friend.” Heck, I say she should just do it.

I have a Daschund mix dog sister and two cats I am forced to live with, but they provide an occasional bit of entertainment. I like to chomp on them but this is strongly discouraged.

I enjoy — and am VERY good at — chasing squirrels, rabbits, and larger moving objects like snowmobiles, motorcycles even the occasional train. They say this is why I’m leashed all the time, but I personally don’t see what the problem is.

Awww, that stuff is just askin’ for a good chasing!

I have a great sense of humor and I make my Mom laugh a lot. She says I’m “sassy and always have to have the last word.”

Right. And the problem would be … ?

I dig my trips to the dog park where I race the big dogs, provided they stay on their own side of the fence. Big dogs scare me because once a Lab attacked me for no reason. Not very nice … but I can still give those bigger guys a run for their money. My little legs can fly!
