G’day from Australia!!!
My name is Chace. I’m a one year-old Pemroke living in Sydney. I was born in a farm but Mummy and Daddy brought me to the city when I was just fourteen weeks old.
People say I am a natural charmer. Some say it’s my face, but it’s really my personality.
See what I mean?
Mummy and Daddy named me Chace because it’s what I like to do all day. Chase the neighbour’s cats, other dogs at the park, birds, even flies when the usual options run low! I chase everything that moves except for the ball. Why chase only one ball when you can chase a dog that’s chasing a ball?!
Wait — how’d that picture get in here?! I specifically said no butt shots. A guy’s got a right to a little privacy!
I am always ready to play and meet my new best friend. Mummy says I’m a smart little cookie. I can do lots of tricks, including count up to 3 (when mummy holds up one finger I bark once, two fingers twice, etc). I know the names of my toys (until I destroy them), I can find Mummy, Daddy and their friends when I’m told to.
I guess they’re not as destructible.
My best trick?
Rolling on the ground to get tummy scratches from total strangers.
As a Corgi, my obvious mission is keeping everybody and everything in line. I herd my parents when they run off in different directions, clean up after food when it falls off the chopping board, and when rude humans forget to give me a tummy scratch, I remind them in no uncertain terms.
Sometimes I need to be pretty loud in letting them know who runs the place. You know, when “the eye” doesn’t work.
