Unfortunatly, this shelter is NOT a no-kill.

Lisa writes “I think someone may be trying to at least get the Corgi to foster until a forever home can be found.”

While I was at the shelter’s web site, Carissa the Corgi/Dachshund mix also caught my eye.  Look at this face!
