Kelsey was found as a stray, on her own and tied by a rope in Ellijay, Georgia.
Two year-old Kelsey is spayed, current on vaccines, dewormed, heartworm negative and microchipped. Now she’s in need of a forever family!

Right now Kelsey is with Homeward Bound Pet Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill group in Ellijay (Gilmer County) Georgia.
They will transport the dog; distance is not an obstacle, for a good placement.
