Sugar, the Corgi mix rescued yesterday in Whiteville, North Carolina, is settling into Marci B.’s home quite nicely!
Hobnobbing with the handsome Tanner.
Mixing it up with the neighbors.
Enjoying the soft rug, squeaky burger and bit o’ something all her own.
RawHIDE! Life is good.
“Sugar is gentle” says Marci. “She’s housetrained, comes when called and likes to cuddle. Seems to me this dog has been loved before.”
Nice to see the love go on!
“The vet puts her age at about eight months. Sugar can’t stand the car, so I don’t think she’ll be going on my hikes with my other two.”
A big thank you to Anitra F. for seeing to it that the cost of Sugar’s trip to the vet will be taken care of.
You ladies have my admiration ;-).
