This is Jack, and cuteness is his weapon!
He’s a five year-old a Corgi/Sheltie mix. His Mom and Dad adopted him two years ago as a companion for their Border Collie Max, and were astonished to find “such cuteness was locked up at the animal shelter.”
“He suckered us in by pretending that his stubby legs were too short to allow him to jump up on the cot in his cell” writes proud Mom Caryn. “That, and he was dragging a blanket around in his mouth like Linus from Peanuts. Neither my husband or I could believe it.”
“Anyone Jack meets immediately falls under his spell. True to Corgi fashion, he knows how to work it too! The day I picked him up to come home forever, the staff had to say goodbye to him. Apparently, he made quite the impression.
(I had no idea at the time about Corgi power!)”
“We brought Max to meet Jack and they were instant best friends.”
“He’s the proud recipient of his own little doggie couch. Apparently he pouted enough about not being allowed on the furniture that my husband made it for him. In this photo he’s chewing on a baby blanket. He is sooo spoiled :-).”
“Jack’s favorite toy in the world is his “binky”, bestowed with hypnotic powers that immediately put him to sleep.”
“I consider myself very lucky to wake up every morning to Jack’s “Corgi smile.”

I've always wondered what a Corgi/Sheltie mix would look like but I never imagined that they'd be THAT cute!
