Pembrokes Sadie and Romo are the resident fur kids at Fran N.’s place in Cross Plains, Wisconsin.
“Their favorite thing is waiting for the cereal bowls on Sunday morning.”
“Their seventeen year-old cat sisters keep them in line. Most of the time.”
“We got Sadie seven years ago when I was going through cancer treatments. She kept me going and was a comfort when I didn’t feel like going!”
“Sadie hoards all toys, sometimes trying to keep three jolly balls going (away from us) at once.”
“She enjoys a good swim! Last summer was very hot and muggy here.”
The winters, of course, are always cold. Sadie likes a romp there, too.
“Romo is our comedian.”
“We saved him from a questionable situation when he was about seven months old.”
“He’ll fetch the balls and bring them to about ten feet away … “
” … we’re well trained to come and pick them up and throw them again.”
Ahhh yes, bossing the hoomans around … it’s good to be a Corgi!
“Sadie and Romo both love the purple puppy pool to keep cool in summer heat.”
Wearing little baseball hats, not so much. But a Corgi’s gotta do what a Corgi’s gotta do — for treats, that is.
“Sadie and Romo enjoy racing around our sectional at 90 mph.”
“Who, US?”
