Hellloooooo lovely Lucy!
I know, you’re smitten. (Me too).
Rain + dirt = hap-hap-happiness!
This “Muddy Mudskipper” is a four year-old California girl gone midwest, making her home in Wisconsin with Mom and Dad Sue and Paul, two cats, and a Corgi kid brother named Kevin.
That’s him on the left, rounding out the “waiting for Dad to get home” squad. Kevin will have his own day on the blog later this month.
Stupid dog, I was here first!
In classic Corgi fashion, Lucy doesn’t let a silly cat get in between her and Mom. “Joey sleeps on the ottoman all day; Lucy jumped up there to get between me and Joey. He’s about three pounds lighter, but taller than her so they’re pretty evenly matched. It’s a constant chess game between the two of them as far as who sleeps where.”
“Back in California, Lucy’s favorite game was dropping the tennis ball in the pool. Repeatedly. As in over and over and over again. And again.”
“Now that there’s no pool, fetch in the backyard is a daily must.”
Code word “etchfay”. Shhhhh …
Fetch at the lake will do nicely, too.
Tundra Corgi!!
Supervising the shoveling. Snow refuses to be herded.
Thinking. The world’s problems aren’t gonna solve themselves!
Life is GOOD. So say I!
Lucy’s got her own facebook page HERE … follow her further adventures!

I can attest to Lucy's adorableness having had several opportunities to visit her. She is full of vitality (just a nice way of saying she's a little over the top) and a great nanny for little brother Kevvie (smirk). Well, she IS beautiful, so all is good!
