Dill’s Mom Char says everybody thinks he got his name from his pickle-like shape, but he’s actually named after a character in the novel To Kill a Mockingbird.
Pardon me, “pickle shaped”?
“Dill — aka Dilly, Dilbert, or Dill-pill — joined the family last year, along with yellow Lab pup Scout (also named for a character in the novel). We knew we couldn’t live without a dog enriching our lives, after sending our 12 year-old Lab Toby to the Bridge.”
Who you callin’ little?
“Dill is our first Corgi, the only dog we’ve ever had that isn’t a retriever, but he’s classic Corgi: a big dog in a little dog’s body.”
Airborne drummies!
“He loves to go-go-go, but at the same time he’s the most calm and loving dog we’ve ever had. Our Dill has diplomas from Agility Foundations and Companion Manners classes.”
“He loves to eat ice, watch the world upside-down, hog the bed, swim, ride in the boat, sleep late, and taunt Scout into a game of tag by dangling the stuffed hedgehog in front of her.”
When Dad mows the lawn …
“We are truly smitten. For a while we thought it was just us, but everyone is drawn like a magnet to Dill’s Svengali-like powers of attraction.”
“He is, in short, Dill-icious!”

I had to laugh at the lawn mower picture. Noodles' white is the same shade of green after daddy mows the lawn. I also love the airborne picture. Dill is a doll!
