Four year-old Ranger needs a home where he can grow old and soak his dentures with a human soul mate. This neutered, heartworm negative tri boy is lovable, snuggly, enjoys sleeping on the bed, chasing tennis balls (“never saw a tennis ball that didn’t need to be disciplined!”), and is very athletic.
Ranger is also is somewhat of a curmudgeon. He has no trouble letting you know when he’s not pleased.
He can be nippy and prefers to eat his food alone. While there are many Corgis out there doing duty as nannies and babysitters for toddlers and young kiddos, Ranger is not keen on the unpredictable habits of kids and would rather have an adult household, without children. He was surrendered to a shelter last year, fostered and then placed in a home, but he has decided that the kiddos under the same roof are not exactly his cup of kibble.
If Ranger sounds like what you’ve been missing in your life, please call his foster Mom Lisa Bankston at 817-368-3118.
Special thanks to Sandy at the North Texas Humane Society for sharing Ranger with us!

It depends on if Ranger and Harleigh get along, but I'll call Lisa today! We'd love to give Ranger a forever home!
