Karen G. writes “Our elderly Lab passed away over a year and a half ago, and our daughter Veronica just couldn’t get over the loss completely. She had wanted a puppy so badly for so long, and for her birthday we decided to surprise her with Roscoe, a Corgi puppy.”
“We blindfolded the kids, told Veronica to hold out her arms, and then placed Roscoe in her lap.”
“When she opened her eyes, she was so thrilled, even though at first she thought it was a Puppy. Alive When she realized it was real, she couldn’t believe it! After a few minutes, she asked me “How long can he stay today?” She thought we had got her a puppy for the day for her birthday!”
“When I told Veronica that she could keep him forever, she cried so hard that we cried watching her cry. Now that is real, true joy!”
“We will never take for granted the simple joy that Roscoe gives us every day.”
