Lots of blogs do a “Wordless Wednesday” post to break up the week and give busy bloggers a breather. Because it’s impossible for me to keep quiet about a Corgi, however, today’s post is a modified “Wordless Wednesday”. Which basically means it may (or may not be) little shorter than usual — but every bit as fun!
Meet Evie, aka Evie Corgi Diva Pants. When her Mom Kiara adopted her as a rescue last year, Evie came with a mouth full of serious dental problems that required nearly four hours of surgery to remove more than a dozen teeth! It hurt Evie to eat, much less play with toys.
Today she’s a totally different dog, thanks to the help of CorgiAid, CorgiPals and the Corgi Connection of Kansas. Because they want to give back — and raise awareness of canine dental health issues — Evie “The Tooth Fairy” and Kiara have created the Smiles for Corgis campaign, a combination facebook auction/raffle and actual meetup event.

Please join in the fun, donate a dollar or two or an item for the auction, and plan to attend the Smiles for Corgis meetup in Shelton, Connecticut on August 12th!
