A few short weeks ago, Tucker The Corgi Master rallied some good friends to create a fundraiser so that his folks Bert and Vicki could purchase a van for the Veterans Administration to equip with a chairlift, enabling them (and Tucker) to get quickly to safety in the event of approaching tornadoes.
Tucker’s Dad is disabled a veteran of Vietnam and a heck of a guy. His Mom is equally terrific. They maintain a page for Tucker on facebook and give of their spirit, humor and talent on a daily basis.
Little wonder that donations have come in steadily for Tucker’s van fund. They are now just under $2,000 away from goal. Please have a look at the fundraiser page and share it with your friends and family! With tornado season already so active this year, together we really CAN do something to offer safety and priceless peace of mind to this family — and Tucker too, so he doesn’t get left behind.
Corgi On!

Tucker's parents are fantastic people. They are so giving and helpful, Tucker regularly offers prayers for those in need, on the fb page. Such a serving spirit.
It's an honor to be connected to them, I don't even know them but can see the fruit of their lives. Wonderful!

We have met Tucker, Vicki and Bert. They are wonderful, giving people. Tucker is Bert's bodyguard and Personal Assistant and he takes his job very seriously, rarely leaving Bert's side. A truly dedicated and loyal Corgi. Vicki works so hard, but always has time for giving to others. This van would help them so much, I hope others will consider even a small donation to this very good cause.
