The Daily Corgi and CorgiPals have essentially grown up together. Two Corgi-crazy gals (me and CorgiPals Founder & CEO Paige Davis), each of us driven to make a difference for Corgis in our own way. We work hard, we have fun, but most of all we have a whole lot of fantastic friends and supporters. There’s no doing it without YOU!
Today I’m pleased to announce the first ever Daily Corgi/CorgiPals joint fundraiser. Our generous friends at New York-based Merry Go Round Monograms are selling customized Daily Corgi and CorgiPals sweatshirts and fleece blankets, with proceeds to benefit Paige’s work and mine. These are high quality, heavy weight items, from a small shop with many years of experience. In other words — this is GOOD STUFF from GOOD PEOPLE!
Here’s the lowdown on the lovable loot:
* Cotton sweatshirts are heavyweight (70% cotton/30% polyester) and run generous for size. Available in small through 3X in brown, dark green and navy blue. Plush polyester micro-fleece blankets (size 50″ x 60″) available in brown, dark green and navy. All orders are subject to availability, as supplies last.
* Red/white Corgi head as shown is standard on sweatshirts and blankets. Your choice of “The Daily Corgi” or the CorgiPals logo with the corresponding tagline (“Life is Short, Get the Biscuits!” or “giving a voice to corgis in need”). You may swap out the tagline with your Corgi’s name(s); specify when ordering. Each sweatshirt features a paw print and “Corgi On” at the neckline on the back. Each blanket will have “Corgi On” on the bottom left and right hand corners.
* Cost of each item (sweatshirt or blanket) is $50.00, which includes shipping to U.S. addresses. Overseas shipping is $20 additional per item. Payment accepted in U.S. funds only, by check, money order or cashier’s check.

The folks who are selling the items are making donations to CorgiPals — who fund critical vet care for Corgis in need — and to me as a blogger (not a non-profit :), to support the work I do in bringing Corgi Power to the people. Meaning: telling the Corgi stories, sharing about rescue, publicizing CorgiPals (and other) fundraising, etc. I incur expenses in doing the work, it's an unpaid position. Hope that helps :).
