Good morning Corgi Nation, and welcome to my weekly guest spot on The Daily Corgi! I am your host Paige K. Davis, founder of CorgiPals. As you know, every week I do a guest post to keep you up to snuff with the goings-on in the CorgiPals world.
First, Dexter Jaymz and the whole CorgiPals Team would like to take a moment to acknowledge and honor all of the Veterans who have served, and continue to serve, our country. Thank you!
Next, I’d like to introduce our newest client of The Baxter Valentine Fund, the beautiful Ms. Cora!
Corgi Mom Jennifer emailed us a few weeks ago after taking Cora to the vet to investigate a lump in her throat. The diagnosis was not good. Cora has a sarcoma (muscle tumor) in her neck that is putting pressure on her trachea and esophagus, making it extremely difficult to eat and breathe. You can read
the full story on Cora’s fundraising page. She currently needs $915 to reach her goal!
Finally, we are very excited to announce that the winners of the 2014 CorgiPals Corgi Lingo Calendar Contest have been announced on our website and/or our Facebook page! We would like to thank everyone who submitted BEAUTIFUL photos and made this year’s calendar so fantastic. Corgi on in 2014!
Guinness and Anubis are this year’s Cover Corgis! |
That about wraps it up for this week! Oh, and don’t forget … CorgiPals has a new company goal that we are trying to reach. We are trying to get our Facebook page to 10,000 “likes” by the end of 2013. We
are currently at 7,116 fans! Please spread the word to help us reach
our goal! Remember, every person who knows about CorgiPals is one more
soldier in our army fighting for Corgis in need all over the globe! Keep
on Corgi’n on!

Poor Cora. She looks so sad in her little bed.
