“Look out world, here I am!
I was rescued from certain lights out just before the holiday my foster people call Thanksgiving. I’m not sure why they were thankful, but I was happy to get a warm bed and a foster brother to play with! Banjo and I get along pretty well. He’s a laid back tri-color Corgi who doesn’t feel the need to bark much, unlike me. Naturally, given my talent and maturity (I’m seven), I have assumed the role of lead Corgi Security officer! There are so many new sounds and people and so little time to alert the parental units.
My foster Mom and Dad call me Jazzmyn, and I answer to it just as well as I do Jazz! She gives me ice cubes when no one is looking, and if I’m really good and turn in circles for her, she gives me extra! My favorite part of the day is when we play fetch. I want everyone to play with me. I will even toss the ball to you! I’m not a huge fan of leashes, but I’ll wear one to take long walks if I have to. On the flip side, I listen very well when you call me, and I don’t wander out of sight!
I am a ladies’ dog. My ideal family includes a woman who will cuddle and scratch my ears for as long as she can! Sometimes men and excited kids scare me, but as long as you let me come to you, I’m just fine with anyone. My foster Dad and me took longer to bond, but now he’s one of my favorite humans! I may seem timid at first, but I am the life of the party once I get to know you. The parental units here love me lots, but I’m ready to find my own home!
If you think you could be family, please visit the Corgi Connection site and fill out an application, or e-mail jeanette@corgiconnection.com. I am spayed, current on vaccinations, heartworm tested and on preventitive.
Hop to it, people! I want to see those applications flying in!”
