Rascal, also now known as Razzy, came to Corgi Connection of Kansas through another rescue. Razzy’s owner had to move to a nursing home and no one in the family was able to take her.
She is a Corgi-Australian shepherd mix and has the most unique look about her; not only her eyes but her tri-colored blue merle coat! Very unusual.
Razzy is 8 years old, and the past few weeks have been very stressful on her. She needs to settle in to her fur-ever home soon. She does well with other pets, is house-trained and will stay in a crate, but would prefer not to. Right now, she’s still quite nervous about all of her moving about, but her long-term foster mom reports she is settling in just fine.
Razzy would probably do best in a lower-key home; small children might be too much for her, although she reportedly gets along fine with children. She also doesn’t seemed too concerned about the resident cat; Razzy really just wants to be with someone!
