Paulie the Corgi mix was pulled from an animal shelter in northeast Kansas, where he was in danger of being euthanized because of his aggressive behavior. Volunteers contacted Corgi Connection of Kansas to see if they could help, and they took him in to rescue.
Turns out Paulie is really lacking social skills. Which makes him act like kind of a butt *head. (*Butthead is a CCK expression of endearment. Paulie is a great dog who just needs guidance).

That smile? Looks all Corgi to me.
He’s a young fella, estimated between 18 months and no more than two years old. Sporting a healthy coat and a bushy tail, he is fifty handsome pounds of energy. Paulie seems somewhat house trained.
He doesn’t know about giving other dogs space, he just jumps all over them. If another dog snips back, he retaliates. Corgi Connection is looking for an experienced owner for Paulie, someone willing to train him as needed.
Depending on circumstances, this may mean a home with no other dogs, or a home with another dog not as energetic as Paulie.

I got to meet Paulie briefly when he was being transported. He is gorgeous and has such a sweet and happy smile! He seemed eager to please! As soon as he learns manners, he is going to be such a delightful Corgi addition to a loving family!
My corgi has a figure 8 on the top of his head, so he and Paulie have similar markings on the head. I love the little bit of white on his ear.
What/Who do you name all your corgi's after? Is Bilbo after Bilbo from LOTR and the Hobbit? They're so cute!
