When Danielle and Eric of Michigan announced their engagement last year, Corgis Frank and Ellie were happy to ham for the camera during their engagement photo session. Of course, they knew they’d be a part of the ceremony. Easy to tell THAT from the knowing twinkle in their merry eyes! (More pawsome photos at their Daily Corgi post of July of 2013).
The happy pair married on May 17th, 2014. Congratulations, Corgi-loving lovebirds! You guys are positively beautiful together!
Although ring bearer Frank’s ring pillow didn’t arrive in time, this dashing Corgi was spotlessly dapper in his yellow bow tie, while flower girl Ellie sported a dewy ring of daisies around her neck. The doggie duo were well behaved, from the moment Danielle’s mother walked them down the aisle until the end of the ceremony, when they let loose barks at hearing the pastor announce Mom and Dad’s names. Isn’t it just like a Corgi to bring the comic relief?!
“We were so happy to have them partake in our day, as they truly are our babies” writes Danielle. “It just wouldn’t have felt right without them, which is why we added them, along with our kitty, B, to our cake topper.”
