It’s an all too common story nowadays. Someone is forced to give up their beloved pet because they’ve lost their home to financial hardship.
The last thing in the world Max’s owner wanted to do was give him up. She brought him home as a young pup and had him for nearly seven years.

Following a whirlwind trip from Lakewood, Colorado to Milford, Kansas, Dannae, her mother-in-law, Coi and Hannah met Max, who was immediately smitten with Hannah. He followed her every move, and properly introduced himself to Coi, as well.
Dannae was pleased that Max and Hannah hit it off, as Max was really a dog for Hannah, missing her beloved ferret pals after they had passed away. Hello Max, goodbye lonely days!
Corgi Connection is so very happy for Max and his new family, and appreciate their willingness to adopt a not-so-young Corgi.

Wonderful story! SO glad Max is in his new forever home. We adopted an 8 year old boy and three years ago — every day is great with our Herbie! Congrats all around!
