Check out this brand spanking new video, reflecting all the hard work and success of the dedicated volunteers of Corgi Connection of Kansas, and the lovely low riders they’ve saved over the years!
Don’t you admire these folks, and all the others who put that kind of serious time, effort and energy into this important work? Dogs of all kinds need as much help as we can rally for them. There are simply too many waiting in need.
Know this: When you lend a hand, it does make a difference! The need is great, but not greater than our collective hope and love, if we come together. Believe it.
It’s not just the dogs who benefit. People do too! They adopt precious dogs who are happy to have new homes, grateful to a world that reached out to them and gave them an unexpected second (sometimes a third or fourth) chance.
New friends are made. New families form. What could be better than this?
When we show mercy, spare our time and sacrifice for the well being of the dogs, we make the dogs (and the world) happier. And the world could use more happy, right? Nothing wrong with that, last time I checked!
If you are involved in this, if you give at all to this (yes, donations are necessary — nobody is making money off of rescue), if you lend moral support to those doing work you cannot (and this includes me … because I’d be a blubbering obstacle at every turn), THANK YOU!
Corgi Connection has just ramped up their Facebook page, making it easier than ever to view available dogs or make a donations with just a few clicks.
Have a look, help if you can, and Corgi On!
