If frapping is a physical corgi act, then derping is a seriously emotional state. Derpy (in corgi world) is a word used to describe an overzealous corgi that incidentally looks completely, utterly, ridiculous. while at the same time being inexplicably adorable. It typically involves your corgi making some half-baked face, with googly eyes and his tongue hanging out the side. Crossed eyed corgi face is teh true derp.
