Darby is a 5 month-old Cardi who lives the good life with her two humans and her cat in El Cajon, California. Her interests include eating, sleeping (on her back with legs up — sound familiar?) and bear hugging the yellow ball from her Aunt. Darby’s got dibs on the ball!
Like most Corgis she’s something of a chow hound. Found worms on the sidewalk are a particular favorite. (Extra protein, never a bad thing!)
The California heat is rough, but a restful minute or two in the shade revives puppyish spirits. Nothing really keeps a Corgi down for too long, eh?
Thanks for sharing Darby with us, Melissa!
She’s awesome sauce-um!

I love the little comment balloons you have added. You have such a great site.

Lesley,
Thanks for the comment/complimient! Those comment balloons are a blast to do. I think they've added to the overall personality of the site (as if Corgis needed any help in that department, huh?)
Your site is a fun one — I think I've seen it before — all the animals, yesss! The more the better.
Cheers.

We submitted Herman for the Daily Corgi someday. I am sure you are buried in submissions by now. Thanks for making us smile every day.

Hi Leslie!
I haven't forgotten about your boy. In fact I just responded to you (in the wee hours) overnight letting you know that, to your flickr account. You're right, I have been getting a lot of submissions. As the one and only person running the site (and the fact that it's just one dog a day) it's a bit slower than I'd like but then again it's all Corgis all the time so what's to complain about, right?
I'm on vacation next week so the blog will be on hiatus, but after that I expect to feature Louis the following week.
Thanks!

Thanks for posting my girl! I sure think she is cute and so much fun! I'm going to pester the humans of her two brothers so submit their photos, too.

Thanks, Melissa!
Please do pester those other humans … more, more, more Corgi is always better!
Keep it Corgi,
Laurie
