Smile Cam: Tegan of California!

Tegan’s Mom Carol says her Pem is a happy, sweet little girl who loves people and other dogs, particularly other Corgis.  “I know it sounds weird, but I’m pretty sure she knows they’re Corgis too, and in groups of dogs she always focuses on them.”
