At just 11 and-a-half weeks old, little Frank already has a BIG personality.
Hellooooo it’s ME!
Mom Danielle S. describes him as “independent”.
(I believe that’s Corgi for stubborn).
“Frank likes to do things his own way on his own time. For example, he likes to be in front when HE takes ME for a walk …
… if I take the lead, Frank barks and throws himself on the ground.”
(Uh-oh).
“He doesn’t like to sleep in bed with me, preferring instead sleeping in his frisbee, on the couch (alone) or the kitchen floor.”
“I like to look at my reflection on the wood. Wouldn’t you?”
“He loves to sleep.”
“Frank enjoys chewing on his rawhide bones and playing with his favorite squeaky toys, but his favorite thing to do is eat. He scratches on the pantry door in hopes that someone will feed him, even if it’s not feeding time.”
“I am quite obviously starving.”
“He also enjoys hide and seek and running around the house. He isn’t scared of anyone or anything (except maybe the car, which is one of the only times he shows affection by clinging on to whoever he’s sitting with).”
Don’t be fooled … I am fierce!
“Frank will approach any German Shepherd or big breed dog by running right up to them and trying to play/attack.”
“I am still fearsome. Do not mess with the big dog in the Christmas stocking.”
“I’m always putting him in silly outfits and taking pics of him, but he takes it like a champ (most the time).”
“Frank’s full of pep and can be a brat …
… but he’s so precious.”
“As you can tell, he’s won my heart.”

Mine too, Danielle!
Welcome to The Daily Corgi, Frank!

1000% corgi ! They can be bratty, sassy, not so affectionate, but always adorable as puppies….and then one day, the ultimate love bug ! Maddening, delightful, why we love them so…

That's my pup! And Lois, that gives me hope! Haha, both of my family dogs were always lovers and snugglers– but not Frank! He's getting there though, he's starting to show a softer side as he's getting a little older 🙂

Oh my goodness. Frank is just the cutest!! And hey – we're neighbors! Well I live in Ann Arbor, but bleed green and white. Glad Frank does too 😉 Go Green!! <3

Frank is just adorable! I know about their stubborn side. My husband and I were just talking about this last night because Noodles, our corgi, is currently in a stubborn streak. He knows what we are asking him to do yet doesn't want to do it. Ugh! I hope Frank turns in to a snuggler because there is nothing like snuggling with your corgi baby.
