Please join me in wishing little Cooper a safe, speedy trip over the Rainbow Bridge. At the tender age of five months, this beautiful boy has lost his battle with liver failure.
His parents did everything they could — as any of us would — and they need our loving support. Your kind words in the comments will be warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated.

I'm so sad about Cooper and wish I could just hug his parents this morning. Such a loss. He'll have a hand in sending you another corgi to warm your hearts when he knows you're ready.
Run free baby boy………You'll find many friends at the Rainbow Bridge.

I don't think there are any words to express how I feel-so I'm just sending you cyber hugs. I know how quickly these little creatures work their way into our hearts. God bless you all.

Reading Cooper's story brings tears to my eyes. We lost our old dog early this year. She also had problems with her liver but she reached a good age of 12 years. Late spring we bought a Corgi puppy, which is loved by the whole family. Even the family members who are not so much into dogs. Image to loose her due to accident or illness is impossible!
All the best wishes to Coopers family and lots of hugs from far Europe!

Oh Cooper….
This is so, so sad. What a cute little guy. He was ill, but I know he was loved.
Run free, little man & look for my Yankee. She'll show you where all the good bones are hidden. And now you can have all you want.

cooper, you are on the other side now playing and frolicking with the other golden corgis. don't nip at the older ones, they might get cranky! we will all miss you and know that you're here in spirit whenever we see a tennis ball or fur lingering on our clothes.

I'm so sorry to hear about Cooper. Another corgi gone too soon. Enjoy frapping with Teddy (he belonged to a friend of mine and a tragic accident took him away just shy of his 2nd birthday). Corgi hugs to you all during this difficult time. Thank you for giving Cooper a fighting chance. I love the last picture of his frog legs and bunny butt.

So sorry to read this sad news. It is so hard to loose a good buddy. Hoping you will find comfort in your happy memories of his time with you, even though it was way too short. Cooper, look for our first corgi, Asta; she was always a good babysitter to puppies even though she was never a mother herself. She'll take good care of you.

Only Corgi lovers can feel the pain and heart ache you must be feeling over the loss of someone so young. Heartfelt condolences for you and this little fellow who surely must be dancing before the throne of Grace and running in green fields with many this day. I hope he runs across my girl Katie as she was only 2 years old herself when she left. May peace find you soon and I hope your hearts mend quickly over such a tragic loss.
