Birthday Cake Hangover Day (and Lola's birthday too)!

Yours truly is a bit askew today, after celebrating my birthday for four days straight and eating a leeeetle too much birthday cake last night.

Sookie demonstraties the general state of affairs. The party hats are still on my head … I can’t give up the fun of the day for another whole year just yet.

By special request, reader Dana Z. has asked that I post a special message for her birthday girl Lola … and how could I say no to this face? I think she knows (and who doesn’t) that I am a world class sucker for Corgis. Dogs in general, Corgis in particular.
