Fleur de Vanille de la Caverne des Anges (aka Boo Boo) turns two and-a-half soon. This jeune fille lives just outside of Paris.
She is Catherine V.’s very first dog.
“It was obvious I would eventually get a Pembroke” writes Catherine. “My sister always had Corgis, including Vanille’s granny. When I brought her home she was four months old.”
“Adorable Vanille rarely barks except when she hears my printer, the roller blinds and of course, the door bell. (Hmmm, did somebody go to a canine finishing school?)”
“She
loves visitors and it’s a real feast when people come by. She rushes to greet them, jumping, licking and smiling, then lies under the table to keep us company.”
“Vanille is crazy about squeaky toys, which she usually destroys within minutes, and fluffy toys, which she destroys as well.”
“My girl won’t sleep in a basket. Her favorite spot is under the bed.”
“She
loves a good run in the forest and absolutely adores rolling in the
mud, getting her wonderful white fur all dirty!”

“She discovered snow for the first time a

… and liked that too!”
“Vanille is very greedy and would eat absolutely anything if permitted, but her real treat is a clementine or a Granny Smith.”
“She is very sweet!”
So beautiful, love her sweet face!
This little girl could be my little Gwennie, they are identical except Gwen is a tricolor.
What a pretty girl!
She is the cutest – I love her big fluffy tail and happy face!

Why is she tattooed in her ear? Is that a French thing?
Hello Vanilla… You are very precious, and I am very pleased to meet you. Looking forward to seeing much more of you in the future.
My daughter lives in Paris and I told her there were Corgis there! My grandaughter loves our Corgis in the USA!
Aww! So cute! Though I thought apples were poisonous to dogs??
