Jasper Islington Presents: “Gotcha Day” Roundup!

Hello Daily Corgi readers! My name is Jasper Islington and I’m thrilled about my very first guest post for The Daily Corgi. My Da is helping with the Welsh Corgi Facebook page, and not wanting to feel left out, I asked what I could do to chip in. This seemed perfect!

We recently had a week on the facebook page featuring fan submissions of “Gotcha Day” pictures. “Gotcha Day” is the day that the Uprights picked up, picked out, adopted or rescued their beloved Corgi. There were hundreds of truly amazing pictures and I wanted to share some of them here today!

Babu was found wandering around a busy highway with no collar or identification. She crossed the Bridge two and-a-half years ago, after 12 wonderful years with her people.

Bates was found wandering along the side of the highway. His former family was going through some tough times and Bates was getting lost in the confusion. He’s been with his new family for seven months now and they’ve enjoyed every minute with him.
