Little Adele joined Henley G.’s family ten years ago during a warm Virginia summer.
Gentle Agnes the adopted Rottie became her surrogate Mom and taught Adele many things.
It didn’t take long for Adele to become the undisputed boss.
Her favorite perch at the top of the stairs, where she could survey her queendom!
Cooper, coincidentally born in the same month of the same year as Adele, joined the family five years later.
Until he learned to come when called, Cooper was always an escape artist. Although he’s learned good manners, Cooper still loves to dig and explore. He’s fearless around other animals. Thunder and lightning, however, are another story.
They ALL love snow!

Who says dogs and cats don’t get along?
Adele always watches Cooper from the bed at night to make sure he doesn’t get one more goodnight treat than she does.
Their ABSOLUTE favorite thing is a ride in the Gator. (Magnolia Morning loves the Gator too!)
Adele’s soft brown eyes, watching and saying “I love you!”
