This woman is is wearing Corgi ears. Yes, you read that correctly. Corgi. Ears.
Sadie has Corgi ears too, but they’re harder to see. I mean, what else can you see in this lovely pic except Mom’s fabbity, faintly rabbity EARS! (And yes, the smiles. Definite family resemblance there).
Now this crew … Alka, baby Sejai and Daisy, she of the genetically enginEAR-ed ears … I’m thinking those hats are complete and total ACES. Step aside, we have liftoff on the EARS!
What’s that, you say? Them silly hats is for women and kids? I beg your pardon.
David (in his custom pet cap) and Daisy would beg to differ, except they don’t beg. They are too busy showing off. Wouldn’t you, in these get ups? (Yes, his hat matches her head coloring. No, you’re not imagining things). It’s almost too good. Almost.
Did I mention that these caps come in Pembroke and Cardigan (bigger ears) styles? And that you can customize them according to your dog’s coat color? Yes, that is awesome.
Granted, I *might* be a little long in the tooth to know anything about One Direction, but I do know that a PetCap can make a handsome young fella like Jordan look even handsome-er. Take THAT, Harry Styles. (Hanson are too old to make jokes about now, but darn it, I think they’d look good in PetCaps too. Those guys would look good in potato sacks. Not that I’ve seen them in potato sacks. Just trust me).
Oh baby, look at you NOW! Breckin is styling in her own baby-noggin’-sized Corgi hat. And you thought a baby couldn’t look any sweeter than, well, a baby. Gotcha!
What’s that? You want a pet cap TOO? Where can you get your mitts on one of these rare and spectacular handmade creations, you ask? Right here, friends … at PetCaps by Paige!
Perhaps you know Paige from her role as founder and CEO of CorgiPals, a non-profit that raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars for Corgis in need over four years? Paige did what many could consider well nigh impossible with her big love for Corgis and people. And her kick-butt determination.
As she moves forward to new endeavors (including teacher training, how lucky are those kids?), Paige needs to feel some of the love she gave out so generously to the Corgi Community. Her BFF Corgi Dexter Jaymz was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, and now he’s got arthritis issues in his back legs, from ACL surgeries. We all know none of this vet stuff comes cheap.
Please join me in helping her out by buying a custom, handmade pet cap from her shop.
She even makes KITTY CAPS. No joke:
Where to get this finery? At her PetCaps shop on etsy. Right HERE. Click away and step right up, as these orders tend to come in fast and furious. I tell you no lie.
More pics of people in PetCaps HERE. Dozens. You’ll love ’em.
Would I, the lady in the Kitten Girl PetCap, the motley fool behind this blog, lie to you? No. Not even for a bone-zillion bucks. Never have, never will. This post is a favor to Paige as a friend and peer, not on behalf of CorgiPals (none of the profit will go to CorgiPals). Straight up, my girl needs some dough to pay Dexter’s vet bills. Simple as.
Now go get your CORGI EARS ON, friends!
Love and biscuits and heaps of thanks. You are simply the best readers a middle aged motley fool and Hanson-loving Corgi nut could ever have.
Laurie
p.s. Yes, Hanson. I make no apologies.

make no apologies, Laurie! Penny and Me is one of the best pop songs ever written, as far as I am concerned.

Had mine for about 3 years now, wore it all winter so I can attest that they are well made! Corgi hat on!
Laurie Eno / The Daily Corgi says
Melanie, YES!!! I agree about Penny and Me is one of the best pop songs ever written. Criminal that it was ignored by radio. The "Mmmbop" curse.
