Meet Pixel, a one year-old blue merle Cardi from Canada. Today is her birthday!
At 8 months old, this bright young girl is well on her way to becoming a great herding dog, showing good balance as she takes quickly to lessons in showing those sheep who’s naturally in charge. Herding has fast become her favorite thing to do, providing an outlet for what Mom calls her innate “piss and vinegar”.
“Oh yeah, I got the piss AND the vinegar!”
Seems scary-smart Pixel has a long career ahead of her in Obedience, Rally and Agility. No doubt she will want to do all of this HER way, thank you very much.
“This-a-way, Mom. Told you so!”

In canine hieroglyphics, I believe this formation roughly spells “t-r-o-u-b-l-e”. Also work, play, and love in no small measure.
