Zoe (that’s her name!) has been placed with Collie Concern Rescue of Tennessee. She is an “honorary Collie”.

Update, Friday 6/25 at 2 PM Eastern Time:
I just spoke with somebody at the Butts County Shelter and was told that if this Corgi doesn’t get adopted today, the local Fayette County Humane Society is going to come and get her. Fayette’s web site says they don’t have an actual shelter, and all of the animals they rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted.

I'm very close to driving to GA (from south FL) to get that baby girl. But living with my parents and one animal too many already they might kill me.

We're not far from there…just a 6 hour dive. Would love to have that corgi!! Can you hook me up with whoever has her??? Will the rescue group adopt out of state? We're in AL.

Poor baby moved from place to place.. at least its for a good cause! Give that baby some kibble and love! Then a good home where she can stay put and be loved for the rest of her life. She deserves it!

Is there any word on the (hopeful) adoption of Zoe? I adopted my beloved tri Corgi, Oliver, from Atlanta Corgi Rescue. They're awesome, so I hope Zoe is in a loving Atlanta home now.
