I heard about this on an animal planet tv show. It was awesome to see the efforts they went through to get these animals a forever home. Very touching! I think its a great concept.

The dogs in Baghdad (and there is a huge stray population there) are rounded up and killed on a regular basis by the government.
Shocking but true.
If there can be even a handful saved, there is something good being done. Dreadful to think about the rest, but since all dogs go to heaven, there will be a lot of furry faces waiting to meet good people at The Bridge!
