From the day he came to live at Di and Dave H.’s place in western Massachusetts, fluffer Cubby had “too cute for words” down flat.
I’m all that, yesiree! Eat your heart out, panda bears.
“He was about twelve weeks old when we got him in May of 2005” writes Di.
“Da Cubbs’s favorite things include SNACKS, ruining plushy toys, fetching balls, playing soccer and barking.”
(Note that SNACKS is first and in all caps).
Like many Corgis, Cubby has appointed himself small game warden.
“He protects our property from squirrels, chipmunks, bunnies and occasional C.A.T.S.”
“Cubby is afraid of wild turkeys, the vacuum cleaner, and big trucks that go “beep-beep-beep” when in reverse.”
“THROW IT AGAIN, you know you want to! THROW IT AGAIN!”

Cubby is a cutie! I had to giggle at the part about him being afraid of wild turkeys…Nia is too! I thought that she'd at least bark at them. She stares at them and then starts pulling me away. Too funny!

He's really cute! With his ears down as a baby he looked kinda like a Great Pyrenees. Thanks for sharing Cubby with us!
