Read the latest update on Trigger HERE!
Do you remember last week’s post on Trigger, the rescue Pem in Tennessee who ruptured a disk in his back and lost the use of his legs?
This sweet guy said he was going to walk again, if they gave him a chance …
… lo and behold, he began moving his legs on Monday, when one of the vet techs took him out on a potty break.
Look at those little legs GO!
Trigger is at the veterinary hospital in Tennessee through June 4th. After that, he’s going to Howelling Kennels Rescue in Ohio for excellent foster care, pending permanent adoption.
If you would like to support Howelling Kennels in the good work they’re doing for Trigger — and many other dogs (Corgis and Cattle Dogs) — please visit their donations wish list page HERE.
From Angie of Howelling Kennels, regarding donations of food:
“We prefer donations of food to be free of wheat, corn, and by-products. We have multiple rescues right now that have food allergies and that helps to cut down on our problems by eliminating those ingredients. Some suggestions are Blue Buffalo, Innova, Natures Recipe, Organix, Nutro, Taste of the Wild.”
If you wish to send donations, address them to Howelling Kennels Corgi & Cattle Dog Rescue, 207 Belleaire Ave., Springfield, OH 45503. Any inquiries regarding donations shoud be directed to Howelling Kennels (937) 322-5065, or via e-mail to howellingcorgi@aol.com
“We will appreciate anything anyone sends. Thank You!”

Many thanks to Di Hamelin (and her trusty sidekick Cubby) of Little Legs Rescue for keeping us in the loop and making sure this sweetheart of a Corgi gets the wonderful rest-of-his-life he deserves.
I’ll keep Daily Corgi readers in the loop going forward.
Thank YOU for following Trigger’s trials with your contributions, prayers and positive thoughts.

Is there a way to just send some money?
I'd love to donate but I'm not even sure I can send money via PayPal.

Anonymous,
I believe you can send money to Howelling Rescue at the address listed on the post.
You might want to call or e-mail ahead of time to confirm that.
Thanks for helping!
