Benny Corgipants: Rags to Riches!

The devastatingly handsome Benny Corgipants made his debut on The Daily Corgi back in December, when he was an adoptable foster with Corgi Connection of Kansas.
Since then, through the joint efforts of Jeannette at Corgi Connection, the help of a CorgiAid grant, and the welcoming arms of Peggy M. and her husband Bill, Benny has gone from being in extremely rough shape at a puppy mill to a life of luxury with two cats, a cockatiel, and adoring first-time Corgi parents utterly smitten with him.
You could even say that Benny has gone from RAGS to RICHES!  And if he could sing, maybe this is what he’d croon (with aplogies to Tony Bennett and songwriters Richard Adler and Jerry Ross) …

    It is so heart warming to read these stories. We just picked up our new rescue Corgi from Jeanette on June 5th. We received "Roo Roo!" Thank goodness for dogs; they keep us grounded!
