Hi there! My name is Cody and my hu-Mom Kath says I’m the smartest Corgi in the world.
Who am I to argue?
I just turned eleven weeks old, which means I’m a big boy now!
My Corgi mama’s name is Panda. She gave birth to four of us in September: me, my brother and two sisters. I secretly suspect I was her favorite.
My folks came out to see me when I was just one week old. They picked me out and gave me my name that very day.
While they waited for me to join their family, I grew and grew. My nose began to turn black and my ears started to stand up! While I was changing, they got things all ready for my arrival, so I’d feel right at home.
My hu-Mom came out to visit me several times while she waited (im)patiently for me to grow up a little bit … until the big day arrived!

It’s pretty swell here. I have a nice cozy bed and a comfy couch all to myself.
My people enjoy looking at my butt. They take photos of it!
I don’t get it, but if they’re happy, I’m happy.
I learned in just one day how to sit, stay and come to my Mom. I’m pretty much housebroken, can go up the stairs by myself and even play fetch. She’s very diligent teaching me, and I catch on on quick.
I’ve had a couple baths already, and I got to go for some rides in the car and in my wagon. My folks bought me a trailer for their bicycles so I’ll be able to go on rides with them, as soon as I get used to the wagon.
Can’t wait!
I have my own backyard and I share my home with a my friend Tut, a little parrot.
I’ve had a few visitors too. The other day a big Corgi named Rosie came to visit. I was shy at first, but then I started running around and barking and playing. She was nice to me.
I have lots of things to discover and learn. Can’t wait for my very first Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Maybe I can come back and tell you how I’m doing after I grow up. It’s going to be fun. I just love my new home and they LOVE me!
