These two Cardigan Welsh Corgis saved a horse’s life last week in Germany. When Kate (the black and white) and Paula (the red) saw a broodmare lying down outside, they barked and barked until somebody came out of the house to see what their ruckus was all about.
The vet was called and the mare brought to the stable, where she was later diagnosed with early stage pneumonia. If
the dogs hadn’t found her she would have become seriously ill.
